About Elara Healthcare

About Elara Healthcare

Elara Healthcare supports licensed fertility clinics and doctors with structured non-clinical growth solutions including patient access, brand visibility, communication, coordination, follow-ups, feedback, and patient journey support while every clinical decision remains with the partner clinic.

Elara Healthcare was created to support the business, communication, and coordination side of fertility clinic growth. We work with licensed fertility clinics and doctors to strengthen the areas that patients experience before and after clinical care such as brand visibility, patient enquiries, appointment coordination, communication flow, follow-ups, feedback management, and overall patient journey support.

Our partnership model is designed for clinics that want to grow in a structured, ethical, and professionally managed way. Elara helps clinics improve their patient access systems, digital presence, enquiry response process, coordination workflow, and patient experience touchpoints, so the clinic team can focus more effectively on clinical care and patient outcomes.

Elara operates strictly as a non-clinical growth and coordination partner. It does not run a fertility clinic, ART Clinic, ART Bank, laboratory, or procedural facility, and does not provide medical consultation, diagnosis, counselling, prescriptions, investigations, IVF/ICSI/ART procedures, embryo or gamete handling, or any clinical service. All medical care, treatment decisions, patient records, consents, procedures, and clinical responsibilities remain entirely with the independent partner clinic and doctor.

Our Mission

To help licensed fertility clinics grow through responsible, transparent, and structured non-clinical support. Our mission is to improve how clinics manage patient access, brand communication, appointment coordination, follow-ups, feedback, and patient experience without interfering in medical decisions, treatment planning, or clinical responsibilities.

Our Vision

To build a trusted growth and coordination ecosystem for fertility clinics across India, where clinics can expand responsibly, communicate clearly, manage patient journeys better, and maintain complete clinical independence. We envision a future where fertility practices grow with stronger systems, better patient experience, and clear ethical boundaries.

Roles & Responsibilities

Defined Roles for Responsible Clinic Growth

ELARA’S ROLE

Elara Healthcare supports the non-clinical growth system of fertility clinics through patient access support, digital visibility, enquiry coordination, appointment scheduling, reminders, documentation coordination, follow-ups, feedback collection, and patient journey support.

Elara does not provide medical advice, fertility counselling, treatment recommendations, clinical interpretation, report explanation, or success-rate discussions. Elara also does not recommend, rank, endorse, prioritise, or influence the clinical selection of any ART clinic.

Elara works only on a fixed-fee professional service model. Its fees are not linked to patient numbers, consultations, procedures, IVF cycles, treatment value, pregnancy outcomes, or clinic revenue.

PARTNER CLINIC’S ROLE

The partner clinic and doctor remain fully responsible for all medical and clinical services, including consultation, counselling, consent, diagnosis, investigations, prescriptions, treatment planning, IVF/ICSI/ART procedures, embryo and gamete handling, cryopreservation, clinical records, licences, staffing, patient safety, and medical liability.

All medical decisions, treatment discussions, patient relationships, consent forms, reports, prescriptions, clinical records, and treatment responsibilities remain solely between the patient and the independent partner clinic.
