Compliance & Ethics

Supporting Clinic Growth with Defined Responsibilities

Elara supports fertility clinic growth through non-clinical services only keeping business support, communication, coordination, and patient journey management clearly separate from medical care and regulated clinical responsibilities.

ART Act Boundary

Elara Healthcare is not an ART Clinic or ART Bank and does not provide ART procedures, operate a fertility clinic, handle embryos or gametes, or perform any regulated clinical service. All clinical services remain solely with the licensed partner clinic and doctor.

Ethical Communication Standards

All patient-facing communication supported by Elara is created with care to avoid misleading claims, guaranteed outcomes, sex-selection references, or content that may overstate clinical results. Communication remains factual, responsible, and patient-sensitive.

Transparent Service Model

Elara works through a professional fixed-fee support model for growth, branding, coordination, communication, follow-ups, and patient experience support. Elara does not work on patient-linked commission, referral fee, or treatment-based fee-sharing.

Partner Clinic Clinical Control

Partner clinics and doctors retain complete authority over medical consultation, counselling, consent, diagnosis, investigations, prescriptions, treatment decisions, procedures, records, licences, and clinical liability. Elara does not influence clinical care.

This page explains Elara Healthcare’s internal compliance principles for general information only. It is not legal advice. Partner clinics and doctors remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations, clinical governance, licences, records, patient consent, and medical compliance.
