These policies define Elara’s role as a non-clinical growth, coordination, communication, and patient journey support partner. They also clarify patient freedom, clinic independence, payment boundaries, and clinical responsibility.
Elara does not recommend, rank, endorse, prioritize, or influence the clinical selection of any ART clinic. Patients retain complete freedom to choose, continue, or discontinue consultation with any clinic.
Patient Journey Support is limited to scheduling, reminders, documentation coordination, feedback collection, and non-clinical communication support. It does not include medical advice, counselling, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.
Elara personnel are prohibited from providing medical advice, treatment recommendations, fertility counselling, success-rate discussions, clinical interpretation, or any guidance that may influence treatment decisions.
Elara receives no payment linked to patient numbers, consultations, procedures, IVF cycles, treatment value, pregnancy outcomes, or clinic revenue. Elara operates only through a fixed-fee professional service model.
All patient relationships remain exclusively between the patient and the independent ART clinic. Elara has no ownership, control, or rights over patient records, medical records, consents, prescriptions, reports, or clinical interactions.
