Elara collects information such as practice name, doctor details, ART registration number, contact details, and practice information shared through our partnership application form.
Information is collected to verify eligibility for partnership, evaluate applications, and, once a partnership is active, to deliver coordination, branding, and communication support.
ART registration details shared by applicants are verified against the National ART & Surrogacy Registry before any partnership is finalized.
Patient-related data handled during active partnerships is shared between Elara and the respective partner practice under a data-sharing agreement, subject to patient consent, and is not sold to third parties.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Applicants and partners may request access, correction, or deletion of their information, subject to applicable law.
